Soaky Mountain Waterpark
The summer of 2020 marks the opening of Soaky Mountain Water Park! From heart-pounding body slides like Whoop and Holler to family rides such as the Black Bear Rapids, this park is filled with more than exciting rides for guests of all ages. Check out the Soaky Surge wave pool with 6-foot waves or bring the little ones to The Hive for kid-friendly water activities.
The Flying Theater
Soar through the skies of America on a state-of-the-art theater ride. The Flying Theater is coming to The Island at Pigeon Forge! Get strapped into your moving theater seat and watch a film that travels over the landscape of the United States. You’ll pass over iconic landmarks and skyscrapers while literally feeling the wind in your hair. This exciting new ride is scheduled to open in early 2020. Be one of the first to try it!

Looking for a new place to eat or shop in the Smoky Mountains? Here are some of the area’s latest hotspots:
- REI: Retail Store, Pigeon Forge. Explore the Smoky Mountains while outfitted with quality outdoor and sporting goods products from this well-known retailer.
- Sunliner Diner: Restaurant, Pigeon Forge. In this retro ‘50s-themed diner, start or end the day with breakfast and a bloody Mary served whenever you want it! Lunch and dinner begin at 11am.
