  • Yes, weddings are allowed on all public beaches and without needing a permit. Weddings are subject to the Leave No Trace which requires unattended personal items to be removed by 7pm. So your wedding party will be not only be responsible for setting up and taking down any wedding decorations and cleaning the area of the beach so there is no trace left behind.
